Vickie is highly trained in yoga therapy and individualizes the session and program to the individual.

Yoga Classes with Vickie

  • Wednesday: Symmes Township location
    • 9:30am – 11:00am
      Join Vickie for a mixed-level, hatha yoga class, including some vinyasana flow, meditation and breathing (pranayama).
  • Thursday: Montgomery location
    • 6:00pm – 7:15pm
      Join Vickie for a  mixed-level, Relax and Renew class with gentle and restorative asanas (postures). This class is safe for beginners and those new to yoga. 
  • Saturday: Montgomery location
    • 11:00am – 12:30pm
      Join Vickie for an intermediate-level, intelligent movement/hatha yoga class with a variety of movement explorations and more advanced pranayama, mediation and spiritual practices.
